I have to give Edit/Create access to CPQ Quote Terms object for a certain group of users that belong to different companies inside the same environment.
Each manager would have to be only allow to see, edit or create quote terms records for their company, no others.
Inside the company they are managers, and what gives them that qualification is a Profile they share. The thing is all the people that has this Profile, isn't part of a Public Group or Role. So i can't add them to be part of Sharing Rule.
Any help or solution available? I would be happy to give more info if needed to get to the solution. Thanks!

Sharing rule on roles and subordinates. This assumes that the users from different company are in different role hierarchy.
