I work for a screenprinting company with a design proof approval process involved in customer orders. Currently we manage those proofs via email but we have recently launched a customer portal and the next phase is the ability for customers to proof their artwork directly in the portal. Part of the requests/requirements is the ability for customers to markup directly on the proof to provide feedback for our art department. I've been browsing the appexchange and there is really only one potential app ConfluxFiles, and we have a demo scheduled with them. But I feel like I need a few other solutions to present to stakeholders as well. Does anyone else have a similar case? What was your solution?

Hey there, this sounds like pretty fancy stuff when you think about what is available out of the box. I’m afraid you may need a custom application to meet your mark up needs. When dealing with images over a portal with Salesforce, I would’ve normally mention the concept of ‘content management’ which leverages a platform like Wordpress to host the unique images. Best of luck on finding a solution. I would pay to see your working demo, it would be a good one.
