This is related to "Lay the Groundwork for an Approval Process", I have created 3 fields in position but still getting the error.
In position object, could see approver fields as shown below.

- please check the field is visible to the System Admin in field-level security. modified that visibility then check the challenge.
- Make sure API name and data type is correct for field
- If not working then delete field and recreate the field
- Please make sure you are checking the challenge in correct org.
