I was booking admin exam using voucher ($40). At the time of payment, I didn't know that my credit card is not allowed for international payment. I was not able to schedule exam as bank declined transaction.

As of now, in receipts section its showing status cancelled and also I am not able to reschedule again exam as its saying voucher used..

Kindly help me ASAP so I can reschedule my exam as I enabled my credit card for international transaction.
