We have a managed package that is of this version but we are not using this package anymore. Will we be alright if nothing is done? I know the right solution would be to uninstall it but I am a solo admin and our charity does not have the means (time or resource) to go through the uninstall process. The Opportunity object has custom fields related to the package but as we are not using it, those fields are empty from Feb 2022.
Any suggestions?

if its not being used likely its is fine to just stay there and be in the background. Best practice would be to uninstall but if that's a problem with resources its not the end of the world.
