We have a client that has made one of their priorities for the year increasing data hygiene. Have any of you nonprofit organizations done this or recommend a vendor for this? I'm looking for ideas and feedback other than the obvious, duplicate management/clean-up, removing unused fields/legacy data, etc. I am looking more for vendors who have access to information that is up to date and clean to which that will match in and update existing records in the SF database.

We are using the auto-merge and auto-convert solution by ZaapIT, we auto process obvious duplicates and manually review the non-obvious duplicates.
