Dear Community,
I would like to calculate in the number of days the treatment time for taking over leads when them entering in a buffer and his take over by a SDR for example. Typically, we can use a row level formula and include within the change in lead source or in owner.
If one has had this case, please share with me a formula.

Thank you for your response. I understand this logic, unfortunately I can't use this formula because the created date is not the important detail. A lead can be created on any date. I am looking for the difference between when it enters in a specific buffer and its take over by an employee. I know this is a complex formula.
