Hi everyone. I am currently working on the Admin Beginner: Data Management - Import Data project. I have successfully imported my data using the Data Import Wizard, although I did have to edit my excel file after downloading (see below for image)
After my successful import, I received email, and bulk data load job says all my records processed. I went to check my challenge and got this message "We couldn't find the contact records from the CSV file. Make sure you import the CSV file correctly."
I'm not sure what I am doing wrong, any help would be great, thanks!
You can open the .xlsx file in Numbers, make the assigned edits, and afterwards choose File > Export To > CSV... from the Numbers menu bar. This will allow you to save the file in the proper .csv format.
