Is there a way to create a CRMA recipe that will capture all tasks and opportunities created by our users? When I try to create such, I am finding tons of data duplicated such that my total opportunity amount is 900x what it should be. The reason I'm wanting to do this is to just have one filter "Owner/User" that will control the data displayed for both tasks and opportunities. This way, a sales manager could just select their employee from a single filter and then see all their created opps and tasks.
The Max option may work for you as Mahlangu suggested. You said that you are creating a single dataset in order to have a single filter on Owner/User. Why don't you use two datasets and connect them on the dashboard so a single filter can control each datasets view? You could also connect the opportunity ID from the task to allow single click filtering between discrete views if needed. Let me know if you need me to elaborate.
