Create task through screen flow And added screen flow to Quick action .when creating task from quick action , Name not displayingon task.but when Debug that Showing contact Id.

@Jyoti Bhosale Your flow looks good and it should set the Name field. I think there is some other flow that is updating the Name field from the backend. 

First, try to find it manually and if you can't figure out where it's then use the validation rule. 

You can create a validation that says if the Name field on the task gets back to null then throw an error. Make sure to set your email address in the exception email under the process automation so that if any flow updating this to blank get failed because of the validation rule you created then you get an email for that. 

History tracking for the task will be released in spring 23 hopefully but not available right now.
