Has anyone else experienced this issue or currently experiencing this issue? Starting yesterday, I noticed that when a new contact is created, the 'Auto Name' checkbox under Household Name in Manage Household is left unchecked by default, automatically, which is not what we want happening.

I thought it may have just been an issue that was occurring with contacts that were getting created via integrations (like FormAssembly, although we don't have anything mapped relating to the HH name) but it looks like it's happening regardless of if a contact is created through integrations or manually.

We haven't touched anything related to the household settings - NPSP settings are the same as before, I checked that all users have access to HH_Name Spec apex class and basically every apex class that might be relevant, we haven't touched any TDTM triggers, none of our workflows/PBs/flows reference HH Name, and I don't know how or where we'd even be able to set the Auto Name checkbox to be blank upon creation.

Could this be a possible Spring '23 issue?

There is no custom Apex code and the same thing is occurring in a new sandbox.
