Does anyone have a workaround for preventing a formal greeting pulling from an affiliated contact's Household formal greeting? For instance, Mr. Jones is in our database with his wife under a Household account. Mr. Jones also works for XYZ Bank and is an affiliated contact for the bank. When I run a report, it pulls the formal greeting from his household account, So, the report will say Mr. and Mrs. Donald Jones and it will have the bank's address. If I create a separate account for Donald Jones and use that as the affiliation, it will show up as a duplicate and add to the number of records we have. Does anyone know of a better way to solve this issue?

Thank you for your reply. We ended up adding two checkboxes – Primary and Donation Contact – on the Affiliated Contact page, so that it pulls the correct Formal Greeting. This allows us to include up to two affiliates within an organization that may have many more listed. Thanks again for the response.
