It has been a year since I took over the group (Deleted Group). A few months later, I created the group @Jobs for Salesforce Beginners/Juniors.

The guidelines are simple and I am afraid that people are just not working smart.

These are the guidelines for both groups:

Keep in mind the requirements:  

1. Your Trailblazer.me profile must be public
2. Real photo of you on your Trailblazer.me profile - No icons
3. Your Linkedin profile
4. Your Salesforce certification (Not required for hiring managers/recruiters).
5. If you are a Salesforce professional not looking for a position, but instead looking to post a position, you still need to follow items 1 thru 4.

You must meet all of them and will be rejected if you do not meet all of them.

The basic difference between both groups is that the 1st group requires at least 1 year of experience, based on your certification date and the 2nd group is for people with no experience or less than 1 year of experience. 

I spend almost 1 hour every day, 7 days a week replying to people that just do not read the requirements (available for anybody, even non-members).

Effectively immediately December 27th, 2022, I will not reply to anybody for requests that do not meet the requirements, just reject them.
