Hi, I was wondering if this was a feature or a bug. It's important for my organization to record the Donor Cover Amount for donations. I would like to include the Payment field npsp__Donor_Cover_Amount__c in our gift entry templates, but I can't seem to get it to show up as an available option. I can confirm that there is a corresponding field on the NPSP Data Import Object with an advanced mapping to the Payment field (in fact, this is all there by default).
I say that this might just be a feature because I've noticed that none of the other "elevate" field mappings are available in templates, and I believe the Donor Cover Amount field was added to NPSP along with all of those. Thank you for any insight or advice with this!
Hi @Trevor Smith Yes this is correct - it is by design.
There are a number of fields that cannot be added to a Gift Entry template, including the Elevate fields, as including them would lead to issues.
