Hi all,

 

We have replaced the standard Field Service notifications upon assignment of a Service Resource to a Service Appointment with a custom notification.

 

The flow successfully sends an email once an Assigned Resource is created, the Service Resource changes or the Assigned Resource is deleted. 

 

The same flow is supposed to send custom notifications to the technician's Field Service mobile app. We just can't see anything popping up. Any ideas how to approach custom notifications in mobile FLS?

    Can you confirm within your Delivery Notification Settings that you can see the Salesforce Field Service for iOS and / or the Salesforce for Field Service for Android as the options to select from for the Custom Notification Type?

     

    Assuming you've enabled notifications within Setup > Field Service Settings, you have downloaded the most up to date version of the Connected App (not the mobile app) within your org, and the user has notifications enabled on their device?
