We have a requirement where we have to check if there is certain email address in the cc of the main email that has been to sent to salesforce which creates case, and if the cc email address of the main case matches then we want to run some updates on case.
As soon as email arrives the case gets created, but Flow is unable to check the Email Message cc condition. Is there anything wrong with this ? Because if the decision is matching then we are running some updates on case and this update is not working because Flow is not considering this condition as true.
