After adding an Account to a Campaign said Account does not show up in the Accounts related list on that Campaign. Conversely if I add a Contact to the same Campaign the Account related to the Contact does show up in the Account related list on the Campaign. How can I make is so if I add an Account to the Campaign that it shows up in the scenario above and not have to add the Contact for it to work? Thanks-

So I've done some more testing in my org and on the Account level there are three related lists to Campaign; Campaign Influence, Campaigns and Campaign History.
By default, you can only add to Campaign History. Once this is done the Campaign Member record is created but back at the Campaign Level, the entry on the Account-related list does not appear.
On the Campaign Level adding Campaign Members via Add Accounts achieves the same result the Campaign Member count increases but the Account-related list does not update.
I've done some digging and found one instance where an Account appears on the Related List at the Campaign Level however on the Account level it only has entries for Campaign Influence and Campaign History meaning the Campaign list itself is empty.
I've determined the Account related list on the Campaign is populated when a Contact is added. For example if you add Stella Pavlova at United Oil & Gas Corp. as a Campaign Member then on the Account related list United Oil & Gas Corp. will appear.
