When you run the duplicate checks from Contacts page in Lightning it takes you to Classic. If we switch over to the Lightning do we lose access altogether?

Hello,
This seems to be custom functionality and not something provided out of the box.
In Lightning you can view duplicates via the potential duplicates component which should avert the need for this button altogether.
