I had a exam on 5th april2022, at 10pm (IST). But while giving exam there was bad weather with heavy rainfall. so couldnt proceed and requested webassessor assistant for support to reschedule on another day and they mention they will do. the voucher which I had was with expiry date 5th april 2022 so they are facing issue to reschedule. kindly please help me into this so can give my exam and schedule it again.
