Is there any way to set up out of office dates in advance so that your delegated approver is assigned any approvals a user would have received while gone? I don't necessarily want the delegated approver to receive all approval emails unless the initial approver is out of the office.
Hi @Anna Carter, have you found a solution for OOO Approvers? Only Solution I can come up with is to have a custom User field, populate it with correct User before save based on decision if the User is OOO and then sending it for Approval.
So basically a Flow button with Submit for Approval action at the end.
Depending on how many Steps you have in the Approval process - so many custom fields... Downside is that the Assigned Approvers need to be "stored" in a Flow not in the Approval Process itself.
