Hello All, I am currently having 5 record types on lead which uses different lead Status picklist values. I want to change these record types to use same status picklist values. attached the Status flow screenshot

Hello,
If you want different record types to use the same statuses then edit the Lead Process on the record types from within the Object Manager.
