Has anyone noticed that the "Reply," "Reply All," and "Forward" functions are no longer available for emails? If so, how did you fix it? We have looked in the Salesforce community and tried what has been recommended. No luck so far. Any response is appreciated because our users use these features quite often and we need to get it fixed. Thanks!

As a initial check, are these buttons available on the page layout?
Are you using Einstein activity capture?
