All of the test emails I send from Salesforce go to the spam folder. Where do I begin to solve this?
All of my test emails go to spam. I mark them as not spam and the next test still goes to spam at the same email address. Where is the best place to start?
Hello @Stephen Voehl - The best solution is to set up DKIM for your org on your domain. You will need to work with your IT team to complete the process but it's straightforward. Here are two links to help you out:

If you have already done this set up, your company may be flagging SF email as spam on the mail server. You will need to ask them to whitelist the Salesforce IPs. This article gives you the IPs. This list is updated regularly so the networking team may need to update in the future: https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=000321501&type=1
Good luck!
