- When a email is sent or received with from or to address being the googler (google.com alias)
- The above said googler should be the case contact of that case

You will need a flow that runs on the "Email Message" record. You then need 5o find if it's an inbound or outbound message by using a decision element with the Incoming field
Incoming = True is for a received email Incoming = False is for a sent email
Then do an case update by finding the related case using the ParentId field to match the case Id
