I have a flow configured to send out a survey to clients. I'd like to update fields and trigger additional flow actions after receiving the response.  Ex:  If they respond Yes, update this field value on this object, create a task for this person, etc.  If they respond No, take a different set of actions.   I'm going in circles on trying to see how to retrieve the response data and continue on with my process.    #Flow #Salesforce Surveys

Start with understanding the Surveys data model https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/atlas.en-us.232.0.api.meta/api/sforce_api_objects_salesforce_surveys_object_model.htm

A Survey Response is a parent of Survey Question Response, so you could trigger a flow on the parent or the child, depending on your needs.

In your example, it looks like you want to trigger on a SurveyQuestionResponse (not the response for the whole survey, just a response to a specific question).  You may also need to ensure that the whole response (parent record) is completed (Status = Completed) before triggering your tasks, since the respondent could possibly change their response before completing the survey.
