I am new to Pardot and got a little stuck with the scoring and grading project that I am currently working on.
What happened? - My Pardot scoring was successful but unfortunately, my Pardot grading did not work well. Problem Statement - I created a new custom profile, adjusted the grade as per my criteria, and created the automation rules. But, all my grading has been set to default and not the custom profile, I can manually edit the profile from default to custom but there are too many records and that's not possible/a very time exhaustive activity.
Solutions Attempted? - I also created a list and updated the automation rule but still, it failed.
Can someone please help me with how to grade the prospects with the custom profile?

It sounds like the challenge here is assigning the Prospects to a Custom Profile.
If you use a automation rule to set this you should be on your way.
