How can I merge accounts, for example, Wells Fargo and Wells Fargo Community Support Campaign?

I second what @Terry Cole says! I would also encourage you to always double check the details with your users, e.g. which phone number should be the master? are they sure that they want to merge two accounts, knowing that the process can't be undone? I get quite a few merge requests at my org, and a surprising number of times my users had to think carefully about these questions before I could move forward.
