I'm facing the challenge that my users are getting frustrated with some of the tediousness of Salesforce data entry and I don't have the skills needed to improve their experience.
Currently they have to create 4 records every time they want to track a conversation with someone new. They're creating the contact record, the account record, the affiliation record, and a custom object record called Conversations.
It seems like it might be possible to create one visualforce page that would create all 4 records at once, but I don't have any experience with visualforce. So I'm wondering if anyone has any step-by-step instructions for doing this kind of thing that I can apply?
