When filling up outreach Campaigns with members via the Add To Campaign button from one or more reports, I often wonder exactly which reports I used to fill up a similar Campaign for last year's outreach.  I feel like I need to create some sort of "breadcrumb" trail field on Campaign that lists (as text) the report name(s) I used to fill the Campaign, so I can clone it in a subsequent year and easily remember which reports to use to fill it up with members.

Or I could (I suppose) even create a custom sub-object hanging off of Campaign that has a URL field, and point the field to the actual report(s) - 1 per record.

There must be a better way of commemorating which reports were used to fill up a Campaign.  Any ideas?

I also use the description field to list reports I use to populate the campaigns. Since I am really the only one in my org who uses the campaign feature, it accomplishes the end of increasing consistency for targeted annual fundraising campaigns, and no custom fields.
