It's Monday (I know, I'm doing a #Friday Shout Out on a Monday!)😱 -- our team was off on Friday and I really disconnected. It's hard these days to unplug and focus on mindfulness and really step away from email and work tasks... so thank you all for your patience😊. As some of you may know, I recently moved to London (early March, great timing, right!?) and Paul gave me some tips and feedback on programs and just general insight on building community over here in Europe/EMEA.
