Is it possible to track records on someone's Chatter profile? I'm trying to figure out a way to architect Chatter groups for our member orgs that would take into account staff turnover.(i.e. if an individual leaves an org than that would automatically update in that person's contact as well as the org's). We would give them Chatter Free licenses and somehow group them based on Organization (either add them to separate Chatter groups or affiliate them in SF).
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

We just wait for the payment to clear the bank and add them into a Contact into SF! We also get contacts in from Click & Pledge and Form Desk so when these records come in I have to manually add them to our Member campaign
