What do these provide above and beyond https://status.salesforce.com/products/Community_Cloud? Seems like these recommendations come from a very non Salesforce perspective. I haven't dug into them in any degree but if its just up time, I am not sure what additional value these would bring.
Definitely keeping my eye on this thread for more experienced perspectives.
