Hi! I am helping out a company that uses Salesforce Maps and I don't have much experience with that. Is there a way to set a User/Territory to a specific color? Every time I refresh the Map to see the assigned User's Leads/Territory it changes. Example: Paul & his leads were yellow, refresh Map and now he is green. I want him to always be yellow so it is easier to remember when looking at the Map. Is this possible?
(I see lots of forum posts about needing this but they are years old. Any update to this?)
You can set a default marker color for a layer, I am not aware of being able to change marker colors based on a territory. (Assuming that your territory is a shape layer.) If what you're showing is leads owned by Paul then open the marker layer and adjust the color on the Markers tab so that it always shows yellow.
