Hi - we are implementing a community. We'd like our community users to be able to add collaborators to their Cases, these would be people in the Account from their Primary Affiliation. To do this, I've created a junction object with lookups to Case and User. We prefill the Case, but the community user should be able to select a user from a lookup field. The problem is that the User lookup field within a Community appears to filter so that only Users who share the same "Account" show up. As we are using NPSP with household accounts, we need the User lookup field to filter on Primary Affiliation (their Organization) rather than Account (their household account). Does anyone know if this is possible or of any workarounds?
