Can I input the data in Access directly to Salesforce?

* There is no direct upload or integration from Access, you'd have to extract your Access data as Excel sheets on a table by table basis.
* Depending on the complexity of your data, you can use tools such as the NPSP Data Imports tool that comes with the NPSP, or you may need more sophisticated tools such as Data Loader (free to download), or DemandTools (free for nonprofits).
* You will generally need to map field information between the Access data and Salesforce, so that the information makes sense in the framework of Salesforce and the NPSP
This may be something that you can do on your own, or you may need to engage in assistance from a savvy friend, consultant or partner.
