Hi all,

Very very new to salesforce and crm but know we have to make the move in order to improve our reporting. I am looking for the best way to load our beneficiaries onto salesforce and load and link them to our projects. We run multiple projects and would love to be able to pull their data into any project from the system and track how they are benefiting from the project. We run projects such as grocery delivery, children's educational days, setting up cvs and workplace readiness training, furniture distribution and goods distributions etc.

For example we want to be able to load a household and create a needs analysis for all members so that if they need help with a cv that is on record and we can link them to our cv project and a cv database for when we get job opportunities. We want to then have them sign the day they receive training from us. We may then have them as part of a grocery outreach and would like to have a record and have them sign for items they received on each occasion- making reporting easier. This same household may attend a stationery giveaway and at our beneficiary registration level we would like to start typing the beneficiary details and their household pops up so we know they have x mount of children and can sign or x amount of stationery packs but then also have a pop up if they already received the stationery from us to keep people honest.

What is the best way to plan and set this up? Is it contact types as beneficiary and then projects as campaigns or is there a better way as our projects may be continuous or even once off for different beneficiaries.
