We outsource a company to help qualify specific leads that come in to us. We want to further filter our leads so any lead that has an international phone number doesn't go to this company. My thoughts are that Process Builder would be best to start with what I want to ultimately do - which is to identify that a number is (or most likely is) international and then update a checkbox field to true.
I'm having a difficult time figuring out any sort of formula for criteria. Most of our international leads will come through with a phone number starting with zero or +. For something with a plus, I have:
LEFT(Phone,2) <> '+1'=True
But then what would be next?
Note: On our RFI forms, we don't ask what Country they are from. (This is not expected to be included on the RFI any time soon.)
Ok. That is an easy adjustment. You just need to add one more OR that checks if the first two characters are '(0'
Try this:
(LEFT(Phone,1) = '+' && LEFT(Phone,2) <> '+1')
|| LEFT(Phone,1) = '0'
|| LEFT(Phone,2) = '(0'
