I am making a report on all account that have bought one of our products (show) before this year but want to remove all the companies that have already booked on for this year.
i.e.
I have a report called Leeds Forecast
It shows al the closed opportunities linked to the show Leeds 2016-2020
Its including all the opportunities on the previous shows for accounts that are already booked on for 2022.
e.g.
Leeds 2016 Company A
Company B
Company C
Leeds 2017 Company A
Company B
Company C
However Company A are already booked on for 2022,is there a way to make them not show in the report?
You can add a filter logic to individual Blocks, but it won't exist as a field which you can reference, so no.
But you should be able to use other fields, such as Company Name (if you don't have dupe companies), or something unique to such Company.
Once you set up all the blocks, it may be easier to look for this unique information to filter them out.
