Could you please clarify what do you mean by “email is received from Pardot form handler”?
One way I see this happening:
1) If all prospects submitting the Pardot form handler had something in common (say, Lead Source = Form ABC)
2) prospect would sync over to Salesforce
2) we could have a workflow rule that would create a task as soon as lead/contact with Lead Source = Form ABC is created
