Why do DKIM signed emails behave differently in Outlook and Gmail?

I set up a DKIM key for my domain and sent to test emails, to Outlook and Gmail.

In Gmail, sender address looks like a my work email - the expected result.

In Outlook, sender address is 'noreply@salesforce.com on behalf of. (my work email)'. Expected sender address will be my work email as in the Gmail case.

Do anyone know why the DKIM work fine for Gmail and not for Outlook?

Are there other configurations involved?
