Flow Builder field data not saving after "Finish"

Hi everyone, 

I set-up a very simple (Screen) Flow Builder to add to a custom object layout page. The flow allows text fields to show once a value has been selected from a Checkbox Group. This all works fine. 

I have added the Flow to my layout page, however the data I input is not getting saved once I hit "Finish." The flow section refreshes and all the data is gone. 

Am I missing something?
