Hi All, I'm trying to implement the Case Merge feature. I've turned it in two different sandboxes. In SB 1, I can see the button on the list views:
But not in SB 2:
The buttons/lightning action has been added to all the page layouts, and I can see it from within the case record, it's only on the list views that the button doesn't appear. I can identify what is different between the two sandboxes. Are there any considerations to know of to get the button to appear on List Views?
Hi All, apologies, just seeing these responses. @Takaaki Motohashi yes, the checkbox was already checked which caused my confusion. For anyone else with this question, all I did was uncheck the Merge Cases box, save, then re-check it. That seemed to fix the issue.
