Action Plan: Is there any way to add lookup filter in action plan object field?

Yes, I can create a lookup filter on other objects like opportunities. I do not think I am exceeding the limit.

I am not aware, maybe it has to do something with the Action Plan object or the field (Action Plan Template) on which I am trying to apply filter.
