Hello Everyone, I am a new Salesforce user and have been doing some Data Entry for my organization. We are a not-for-profit org and are using a version, I believe, is the basic version for Non Profits.
I have entered some contacts along with their contact information and the donation amounts. However, everyday at 11PM PST, an ex-user (was the Automated Case User before) keeps changing it up to 0. I managed to make his account inactive and made myself the automated case user. However, I am wondering if my account would still automatically change the donations amounts to 0. Is there something I am missing, that will let me enter donation amounts, and it stays with the contact record?

Hello Amit, The system is set up in the PST zone. I am in India at the moment. Thank you again for your timely help though. To make things easier, I deleted all the scheduled jobs related to donations and we are starting over fresh. In case we need to set up jobs later, we would get to that. For now, I picked the easy way out.
