I attempted to assign a case record page and got this error message "There are too many page assignments on this object for us to handle. Please use the Metadata API to manage the assignments for this object instead"

I have several questions:-

Where can I find the assignment limits for standard and customer objects?

Does anyone have record page assignment instructions using a particular tool, e.g. maybe workbench?

Is there a way to reduce the assignments without deleting a record page?
