What defines the order of in-app guidance prompts and can you set the order when there are multiple prompts on a page?

Hi @Kelsea Slater - The order that the prompts show in is complex, but at a high level based on when they were created. It gets complex because the system takes into account the global cool down between prompts, whether a prompts was dismissed and it's schedule and now in Spring, Snooze.
One way to put priority on a prompt to show is to check the box in the Schedule UI for "Show on Page Load". This overrides the global cool down. Hopefully that helps. Thanks
