Trying to complete this module and I am getting the below message.

I've double checked the syntax and error reported and recreated it. However I can not complete this module yet I have continued on with the others.
The error I get is: The field 'Programming_Languages__c' either does not exist on the Position__c object or it is not of type Picklist.

In the screenshot, the system admin profile is not there. Can you check if FLS is set for admin?
