Pardot Autoresponder/SF Question

Question

If an autoresponder email is set up in Pardot, the recipient is assigned a user, and the custom reply to on the email is the assigned user, will the recipient's response email be logged in SF? Is this possible? If so, is it automatic or do I need to set something up?

Hi Erik,

What you describe can be done but is not automatic. Pardot will send the autoresponder e-mail and if the recipient replies you can push the reply to Sales Cloud using Einstein Activity Capture.
