Create an Email Alert through Workflow

Question

Here I need to create two Email Alert--

1. Email Alert as need to Notify the InsideSales Rep if the Lead Status not moved from Outbound - New

What should be the field criteria and this should be possible through Rule Criteria as-

Criteria are met

Formula Evaluates to true

2.Notify(Email Alert) the Inside Sales Rep if he doesn’t “Log a Call/Create a Task” after changing the Lead Status to any.

For both the Criteria's what will be the field entries?

Any suggestion would be Appreciable!!

Hi Indranee,

For Question #1, choose formula and write something like

AND(
TEXT(Status) = "Outbound - New"
!ISCHANGED(Status)
)

For Question #2, workflow doesn't have the ability to track any changes from the related record. I recommend using custom coding for this.
