Need a help to create a formula in workflow that when "Opportunity Stage" is changed to "Agreement Signed" then it will change the "Account Type" to Customer automatically,for this i need to insert a field in workflow that when the Opportunity stage value "ISCHANGED" to "TRUE",then only it will run the workflow.
Here am not getting this ISCHANGED option in operators,how to write this in formula in workflow rule.

Hi,
There is no need of any other custom field.
Rule Criteria => AND( ISCHANGED( StageName ) , ISPICKVAL(StageName, 'Agreement Signed') )
